When I was ten years old
I never had any friends
But in English class there was this red head
He drew anime and had a trogdor shirt

When we weren't friends for the year
I watched from afar and I kept him dear
He got a cool girlfriend and I was ecstatic
She was so punk rock and had hairy armpits
Now every Friday night we all get together
Scotty and Rayne, and even Albert
These are the best friends, I've ever had
And Scotty and Rayne. if you don't get married I'm gonna be pretty mad
We talk about moving to Portland
I'd have my flower cart and Scotty his books
